The Mahindra XUV300 facelift is ready to hit the road with a new name, the XUV3XO, and a bunch of exciting features. Launching on April 29th, 2024, here’s what to expect.
Performance and Efficiency
- Mahindra claims a 0-60 kmph time of 4.5 seconds, making the XUV3XO faster than before.
- It also boasts an impressive fuel efficiency of 20.1 kmpl.
Fresh Look Outside
- The XUV3XO gets a makeover with a new chrome grille, updated headlights with LED DRLs, and redesigned bumpers for a sharper look.
- Shark fin antenna, roof spoiler, and C-shaped LED taillights with a light bar add a touch of style.
- The number plate is now on the bumper, a departure from previous models.
Segment-First Panoramic Roof
- The XUV3XO takes the sub-compact SUV segment by storm with a first-in-class dual-pane panoramic sunroof, creating a luxurious and airy feel inside.
Revamped Interior
- Inspired by the XUV400, the XUV3XO’s interior boasts perforated leatherette seats, a redesigned dashboard, and dual 10.25-inch infotainment screens with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
- A digital instrument cluster and a Harman Kardon sound system with seven speakers and ambient lighting elevate the cabin experience.
- Smartphone connectivity allows remote control of features like air conditioning and door locks for added convenience.
Safety First
- Mahindra prioritizes safety with a target of achieving a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating for the XUV3XO.
- It comes equipped with seven airbags, a 360-degree camera, parking sensors, electronic stability control, and rearview camera.
- The XUV3XO introduces Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) for the first time in this segment, offering ten driver assistance features.
Tech Features
- Mahindra’s Adrenox Connect tech, previously seen in larger SUVs, arrives in the XUV3XO (on select variants). This allows remote control of the car’s temperature via a smartphone app.
Engine Options
- The XUV3XO offers a choice of three engines:
- 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine with 110 hp power and 200 Nm torque.
- 1.2-liter T-GDI turbo petrol unit making 130 hp power and 250 Nm torque (most powerful option).
- 1.5-liter diesel engine offering 117 hp power and 300 Nm torque.
- Each engine can be paired with either a manual or automatic gearbox.
Price and Availability
- No official pricing yet, but estimates suggest a range of Rs 8-16 lakh (ex-showroom).
